In just 1 hour, you’ll work through our recovery-based 3 phase workout class; Reverse, rebuild, recover. 

 

  • Reverse- In the reverse room, also known as our “anti-aging” or “biohackers” room, we have a variety of medical equipment that invigorates your body or recovers the body. It can be used as either the warm-up or cool-down of your workout. Here, you’ll find vibration plates, heart rate variable breathing rebounders, and red and yellow-light therapy. These passive methods help your body to anti-age from the inside out. Some of the benefits of these anti-aging therapies include increased circulation, digestion, and overall energy, reduced stress while promoting collagen production, detoxification, skin purification, and beyond.
  • Rebuild- In the second phase of our workout, rebuild, is where you’ll focus on muscle and function. Here, we’ll perform different exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and mobility. We believe this is the most effective and efficient way to improve quality of life and overall longevity through movement. 
  • Recover- Lastly, in the recovery room, we’ll do targeted mobility exercises, functional movements, and cortical bone-building techniques. Cooling the body down from a workout is extremely important to reap the benefits of the workout. Studies have shown that there are many benefits of mobility work, including faster recovery, increased flexibility, reduced pain, improved sleep quality, and beyond.
