EACH of ThEsE Life-Changing Beach Retreat Include:

Our days will commence with breath work, a morning fascial and neurologically informed yoga practice. In addition to the morning classes, there will be afternoon and evening classes/workshops to help round out our journey toward mind and body balance.

 

  • Twice daily yoga, meditation, and bodywork classes led by Michelle
  • Option to take up to two health & wellness classes per person per full day with Alli
  • Complimentary Yoga mat
  • Welcome Reception, three group lunches and three group dinners
  • Lodging in one of the 11 spacious, luxurious guest rooms and suites are prepared with clean lines, and understated peace and elegance—listen to the ocean as you drift off each night to the sound of crashing waves as they break on the beach.

Enjoy complimentary property amenities during breaks:

  • Soak in the pool, ocean or one of 8 private baths or showers
  • Play tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and more

  • 10:30am: Becoming ‘Unstuck’ Workshop
  • 11:30am: Lunch
  • 12:30- 3:30pm: Free-time – Optional bodywork, coaching, and counseling available
  • 3:30-4:30pm: Fascial release, movement, and self-massage: Neck & Shoulders
  • 5:30pm: Nutrition as Fuel Cooking Workshop

Day 2

  • 7am: Focus and Moving Forward through Yoga
  • 9am: Light Breakfast
  • 10:30am: Re-wiring the Brain to Serve You Workshop
  • 11:30am: Lunch
  • 12:30-3:30pm: Free-time – Optional bodywork, coaching, and counseling available
  • 3:30-4:30pm: Fascial release, movement, and self-massage: Hip & Lower Back
  • 5:30pm: Nutrition as Fuel Cooking Workshop

Day 3

  • 7am: Showing up! through Yoga
  • 9am: Light Breakfast
  • 10:30: Mindset of Positivity and Attraction Workshop

  • 12:30-3:30pm: Break (beach, pool, water sports, or optional bodywork, coaching, and counseling available)

  • 9am: Journal While You Sip Breakfast

  • A $1000 deposit is required at time of reservation. A full refund can be requested for 14 days after registration (if before Jan 1, 2022). A 50% refund can be requested until February 5, 2022.
  • 60 days prior to event start the full tuition is due (Feb 5). There will be no refunds given after this time, please purchase travel insurance if desired.
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee.

About the Retreat LEaders

Alli Barnes, PhD

Alli is a lifelong health advocate and athlete and she has consistently and openly shared her experiences and knowledge through multiple successful start-up businesses in the health sector that owned and operated. She has vast experience and expertise in health, wellness, exercise, and anti-aging sciences and has earned degrees in Exercise Physiology, Biology, Nutrition, and Alternative Medicine. She is also certified in nutrition, holistic health coaching, A&P functional movement, herbalism, and yoga. 

Michelle Flemming

Michelle is a Yoga Therapist, a Thai Bodyworker, a Nerve and Artery Specialist and a Board Certified Structural Integrator in the lineage of Ida Rolf. She is the owner of Sanctuary Wellness Studios, Director of Orthopedic Yoga and Transformational Yoga Therapy and founder of Equilibrium, a non-profit dedicated to bringing breath, movement and nutrition education to young people with anxiety and mood disorders. After living and learning all over the country, she now teaches internationally, bringing her unique style of yoga to students of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes. She has been teaching for almost 20 years and training teachers for over 10 and believes it is a blessing to be able to bring people the gifts of a strong body, a quiet mind and a blissful spirit.
