These unprecedented times have affected our everyday lives in more ways than imaginable. From stay-in-place orders being put in place across the globe, to new regulations of small groups and increased sanitation becoming the new norm. As businesses and gyms in Massachusetts prepare to reopen in the upcoming weeks, we all hold a huge responsibility to protect the health and safety of clients and staff members. While most gyms will be implementing new regulations, many of these protocols and procedures that have been put into place have long been apart of our routine at R3bilt Fitness! That’s why we say that your new normal is our every day. While we’ll certainly be implementing additional protocols to go above and beyond, we’ve always prioritized sanitation and small groups. With a limited number of people in classes, a comfortable distance between clients during workouts, and clean equipment, this has always been our philosophy.

Limited People

At R3bilt Fitness, we’ve always believed in a small group approach to fitness. Our classes are limited to 10-12 people, as this size allows our trainers to be able to help each individual and allow for a more personalized session. We also offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions between classes, so this is a great alternative if you’re looking for an even more customized plan! 

Safe Distance Between Members 

The most crucial way to prevent the spread of germs is through social distancing. As 6 feet apart has become the new protocol, you can feel comfortable knowing that there is a safe distance between you and the other class members working out at R3bilt Fitness. With small group classes that require you to pre-book, you can guarantee that our space will never become overcrowded. This becomes more of a challenge in traditionally large gym spaces. 

Sterilized Equipment

In addition to limiting the number of people in our gym, we also have always made sanitation a crucial part of our routine. All equipment is sterilized between classes to effectively kill any germs that may be lingering. We want our members to feel safe and clean working out in our space at all times, pandemic or not!
